Human Ecology is a theory developed over the past nine years by Simon Walker. It encompasses a range of human behaviours- from personality to society. The models, processes and instruments that have developed out of the theory are having a growing influence in the spheres of coaching, consulting and education.

This is the first piece of writing by the author to systemically introduce the theory as a coherent piece of thinking. Serving as a brief introduction to many of the complex areas on which the theory draws, the booklet highlights key influences, evidence and applications of the theory.

The booklet will be of interest to all those who have been exposed to Human Ecology models or processes such as Coaching or Leadership Signatures, the Personal Ecology Profile, or Undefended Leadership. It will also inform anyone of curious disposition interested in exploring one of the most potentially significant social theories of our day.
